WASHINGTON (Dec. 29) – Terence P. Stewart has been awarded the Order of Merit by the Ukrainian government. Ukraine’s Ambassador to the United States Oleh Shamshur presented the award at a private ceremony at the Ukrainian Embassy December 28.
