Beth Argenti has been an Associate at Stewart and Stewart since 2005. She has experience in a variety of international trade law matters including antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, export controls, international and bilateral trade agreements, and WTO dispute settlement. While at Stewart and Stewart, Ms. Argenti has participated in proceedings before the Department of Commerce, the International Trade Commission, the Court of International Trade, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Ms. Argenti has also written on various trade-related matters. She has co-authored reports focusing on intellectual property protection in China, and China’s compliance with its WTO obligations under TRIPS and TRIMs for the U.S. China Economic and Security Review Commission. In addition, she serves as a co-editor of the HANDBOOK OF WTO/GATT DISPUTE SETTLEMENT (Transnational Pubs., Inc.).

Ms. Argenti received her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, she was a Note and Comment Editor on the American University Law Review. Prior to law school, Ms. Argenti obtained her B.A. in International Political Economy, with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of Puget Sound.

Ms. Argenti is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the State Bar of California. She is admitted to practice before the Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
